Operations Intern

CleverProfits is a leading outsourced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) company based in the US that specializes in providing top-tier financial management and strategic planning services to businesses across various industries. Our mission is to empower businesses with financial insights and strategies that drive profitability and growth. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and organizing internal and client documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Support the development and/or optimization of company tools and platforms. Assist in handling service agreements with clients, issuing invoices, and tracking payments. Support collecting and presenting data to create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Help with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and keeping client records, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow. Collaborate on executing special projects as needed, contributing ideas and resources to achieve established goals. What We Are Looking For: Student in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related field from the 7th to the 9th semester. Upper third (desirable). Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate proficiency in Tableau or Power BI (must have successfully completed "Informática para los Negocios" I and II, or equivalents, will be evaluated during the process). Fluency in English, both conversational and written (essential, will be assessed during the process). Ability to learn about new technologies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
