At Trueform, we design and build digital products that don't compromise. Startups hire us to move at their speed, and established companies hire us when they're tired of agency timelines killing momentum. We use low-code tools, code and AI to ship work in weeks that traditionally takes months, without sacrificing quality.
Moving that fast only works if the machine behind it runs clean. That's the job.
As Ops Lead, you own how Trueform actually operates. Projects, timelines, processes, tools, the systems that decide whether a studio our size stays sharp or starts dropping things. Right now a lot of that lives in the founders' heads. Your job is to get it out of there and build something better than what we've improvised so far.
This isn't an admin role and it isn't a coordination seat. You'll have real authority over how we run, direct access to both founders, and the mandate to change things you think are broken. We're not looking for someone to execute a system we already designed. We're looking for someone to design and improve it.
There's a second half to the role too. You'll take our paid channels from zero, run ads and SEO, and reopen conversations with clients we've worked with before. We've never done paid acquisition properly. Whoever comes in gets to build that from scratch and own the results.
We're small, which means what you build shows up immediately. It also means there's nowhere to hide. If you like seeing your decisions land within days instead of quarters, this is a good fit.
Your Location
Based in Switzerland is ideal, but since we're a remote-first company, feel free to apply from anywhere in Europe. You'll need solid overlap with Central European hours, since a lot of this role is real-time coordination.
What you'll do
- Own project management across everything we run: timelines, capacity, resourcing, and the calls about what's realistic
- Run the weekly rhythm. Sprint planning, status across all active projects, clear handoffs, so nobody has to ask where things stand.
- Spot bottlenecks before they become client problems, and fix them
- Be the operational point of contact for clients day to day, so our designers and developers stay in the work
- Run kickoffs and onboarding for new clients so every project starts the same clean way
- Build the internal operating system: tools, templates, documentation, the stuff that makes a team of four work like a team of eight
- Set up and run our paid channels: SEA, ads, AEO, SEO, and report honestly on what's working
- Grow into finance, hiring and planning over time, as far as you want to take it
You might be a fit if
- You've run operations or projects in an agency, studio or startup, and know the difference between that and a corporate ops job
- You build systems, not to-do lists. When something breaks twice, you fix the process, not the symptom
- You've run 5+ projects at once without letting any of them go quiet
- You're comfortable being the person clients call when a timeline slips
- You've run paid campaigns yourself and can read the numbers without needing an agency to interpret them
- You're direct. You'd rather flag a problem early than manage around it quietly
- You're genuinely self-organised, because nobody here is going to check up on you
- You speak fluent English
Nice to have
- German or Swiss German
- Experience with design or development teams specifically, not just general project work
- Familiarity with the tools we live in (Notion, Linear, Slack, Figma, Framer, Claude)
- Anything analytical — reporting, dashboards, forecasting
- An interest in growing into a broader operating role as we scale
About Trueform
We're a design and development agency that refuses to compromise. Born from frustration with traditional agency timelines and templated thinking, we use low-code tools and AI to ship exceptional work at impossible speeds.
Our clients (including companies like Miro, Bilt Rewards, Eden, Framer, and many more…) come to us when they're tired of hearing "that'll take 6 months" and want to hear "it's live" instead. We're not exaggerating.
We're a small, fast-moving team split between Wil SG, Bern, Zürich, plus remote from Spain. Flat structure, no layers, decisions get made in hours. You'd work directly with both founders from day one.
If you're the type who gets restless watching good work get slowed down by bad process, you'll fit right in. Looking forward to hearing from you!
