Operations Manager, Remote

AT Frenchies runs the biggest French Club in the world, plus The Code, our program for social media and business. One team, many launches a year, thousands of members. We want one person to support the head of operations behind all of it.

You own the dates and the checklists. Every launch, event, and project has deadlines, tasks, and an owner. You make sure all of it gets tracked and done. You join every meeting. You follow up with each team member until things close, not just get assigned.

What you'll do:

• Run our launch timelines start to finish. Build the checklist, set the deadlines, chase every task until it's done.
• Keep the team on track daily. Know who does what, flag what slips, clear blockers.
• Handle member support for the Club and The Code. Answer questions, solve issues, escalate what matters.
• Keep our tools and processes organized so nothing stays in someone's head.

Where it gets fun (optional, based on your interests):

• Support social media content and launches
• Help run in-person events
• PR: connect with other creators, brands, and businesses

This is not a back office job. You sit at the center of a positive team building something big.

Based in France or anywhere in Europe. Pay is flexible and depends on experience. We'll talk it through.
