We coordinate over 47 Daily Services Agreements processes in different markets – DK & SE, which makes our work more interesting and provides more opportunities for learning.
Our team is looking for a new member who is self-motivated, has a growth mindset, takes initiative, and aspires to grow with us.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).
You will:
- Support Everyday Banking Individuals by handling daily customer agreement-related services
- Manage to shift effectively among different tasks and on a timely manner
- Regularly participate in continuous improvements using LEAN methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Manage key stakeholder collaboration and share best practices with other teams
- Take part in common initiatives and events contributing to team well-being
About you:
- Previous back office or administrative work experience
- Higher education would be beneficial
- Upper-Intermediate English skills (oral and written)
- Very good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and focus on the customer journey
- Team-oriented, with strong drive and motivation to deliver high quality work within agreed deadlines

The monthly salary range is from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
