Job Description This is a remote position. Position Title: Operations & Production Manager (Promotional Products / Print Production) Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 85,000 About the Role Our client is a premium branded merchandise agency partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands. They deliver creative merchandise, uniforms and branded products across Australia, the USA and international markets. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Production Manager to join their fast-paced team. You will take ownership of projects from initial enquiry and quotation through sourcing, production, logistics and final delivery, ensuring every project is delivered accurately and on time. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONS & PRODUCTION MANAGER (PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS / PRINT PRODUCTION) Responsibilities as an Operations & Production Manager (Promotional Products / Print Production): • Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end enquiries, review briefs, clarify requirements and manage operational inboxes. • Sourcing & Quotations: Source products from suppliers across Australia, the USA, China and Hong Kong, and prepare accurate quotations and Sales Orders using Commonsku. • Design Support: Prepare basic artwork layouts and product mock-ups using Adobe Illustrator and Canva. • Production & Logistics: Issue Purchase Orders, coordinate multi-supplier production, manage artwork approvals and timelines, and book/track domestic and international freight. • Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with customers and build strong supplier relationships. • Admin & Finance: Support invoicing, maintain CRM records and project dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows. Qualifications as an Operations & Production Manager (Promotional Products / Print Production): • 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, production or project coordination, ideally within promotional products, branded merchandise, print production, procurement, custom apparel, manufacturing or a related industry. • Strong experience coordinating suppliers, production schedules, and multiple projects and deadlines. • Experience with sourcing, freight or international logistics. • Basic Adobe Illustrator skills for artwork checking and mock-ups, plus experience with Canva and Microsoft Office 365. • Experience with Commonsku, Xero, international freight and promotional product decoration methods is highly regarded. • Strong organisation, communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.
