Operations Project Manager Intern

In this role you will: En tant que Operations Project Manager Intern , tu rejoindras l’équipe WFM à partir de janvier 2027 , pour une durée de 6 mois . Tes futures missions : Mener des vérifications régulières des droits et statuts utilisateurs (Sanity Checks) ; Gérer les créations, suppressions et modifications d'accès aux outils métiers (Salesforce, Diabolocom, Verint, Google, outils internes…) ; Assurer le suivi quotidien des accès utilisateurs et la bonne gestion des licences disponibles; Collaborer avec les équipes RH et IT pour garantir des onboardings/offboardings fluides ; Suivre les données de connexion et de disponibilité des agents pour appuyer le monitoring temps réel ; Traiter les incidents d’accès remontés par les équipes internes et externes (BPO). Ton profil : Étudiant.e en Bac+2 à Bac+5 dans une filière liée à : gestion, informatique, administration, business, support client ou opérations. Une première expérience en environnement opérationnel ou administratif est un plus. Tu parles français et espagnol ou anglais ; Tu as une bonne maîtrises d'Excel.
