Role Summary Associated Bank is seeking an Operations Technician to support daily operational processes and deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers. In this role, you’ll manage complex transactions, resolve issues, and help drive operational accuracy and efficiency. Key Accountabilities Review and process incoming operational work while coordinating with appropriate internal partners Enter and verify transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Resolve complex customer and operational issues using multiple systems and resources Prepare, edit, and distribute specialized operational documents Support customers and bank partners by providing timely, accurate, and professional service Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational efficiencies Provide guidance and support to team members on complex transactions and escalations Monitor customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to leadership Education & Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of office, operations, or administrative experience Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Associate’s degree 3+ years of office or operations experience in a financial services environment Experience handling complex operational processes or customer escalations Why You’ll Love Working Here At Associated Bank , you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation, and customer service excellence.
