We run ~$700k of scheduled client payments a month across 300+ clients. We're hiring the person who makes sure none of it is quietly lost.

License & Scale is an eight-figure company founded by Cameron England. We help people start and scale their own AI-enabled agency — from zero to $1M/month. 1,000+ clients, 400+ agencies taken past $10k/mo, 100+ five-star reviews, 0.4% refund and dispute rate.

What you'll own

• Onboarding — new client signs, you get them into Skool, the course library, Slack and every billing log inside 24 business hours
• Daily AR — payment plans tracked, charged, chased and accurate every single day
• Movements — renewals, upsells, pauses and program transfers correct in both billing and access
• Clean offboards — nobody who stopped paying keeps access
• Coaching call recordings uploaded to the library within 24 hours
• Daily EOD report with the AR breakdown

How you're measured

90%+ AR collection rate · 100% same-day contact on every declined payment · onboarding under 24 business hours · zero unexplained billing variances · 100% offboarding and movement accuracy · EOD filed every day.

Who this is NOT for

This is not a passive admin seat. It's closer to a sales role with admin attached. You are not coaching clients, not deciding refunds, not doing tech build work, and not running sales or renewal conversations. If chasing payments makes you uncomfortable, do not apply.

The most important part of your application is a Loom plus a Google Doc solving three problems. Generic applications are not read.

1. How would you structure billing for 300+ clients so nothing is missed — including irregular plans ($3k up front, then $2k, then $30k, then $6k 30 days later) alongside straight monthly subs?
2. How would you manage extensions and pauses so billing dates stay correct and access is removed on the exact right date?
3. How would you maximise AR collection when a client due for renewal has gone quiet?
