In this internship, you will be part of the Ops Finance Transformation, Process & Tools team within our Operations Finance function. Our purpose is to drive finance transformation and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across Danone. Your main responsibilities include: Manage regular communications with ES DDS team (who is responsible for employee mapping in HR Tools): check the completeness, accuracy and timing of HR templates provided Manage regular communications with IT team & local finance controlling team (cost centres update in ERP systems): check the status Collaborates with work package leads and project team to ensure seamless integration of business and technical streams. Perform project management activities: build project plan and oversee it's execution. Supports project execution across zones and CBUs. About You As an Ops Finance Transformation, Process & Tools Intern, supporting finance transformation projects and project management activities will be second nature to you. Additionally, you are an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with an interest in finance, project management, and process improvement. Key requirements: Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student with a data background for the entire duration of the internship. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit. For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone. Available to start in September for a minimum of 5 months, 4-5 days per week. Fluent in English (spoken and written) Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 1-2 days per week.
