Optometrist Location: Corona, CA 92882; Hybrid (In-office and remote mixed schedule) Job Type: Contractor Pay: $600 per diem (Plus Monthly Performance Bonus) Schedule: FT: Contractor role with flexible hybrid schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in-clinic; or, PT: Contractor role with flexible hybrid schedule: 1 days remote / 2 days in-clinic About OroSight OroSight is patient-centered, delivering preventive vision programs and services inside local clinics. Quick Highlights Contractor role with flexible hybrid schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in-clinic Provide preventive vision programs and telehealth services to local clinics Competitive contractor compensation based on experience and scope Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborate with a skilled, patient-focused team using advanced technology Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive eye exams and preventive vision assessments both remotely and in-clinic Prescribe vision correction and provide medical eye care recommendations Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and follow-up treatments Work closely with clinic staff to ensure high-quality care and smooth patient workflow Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory compliance Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and telehealth platforms effectively Provide input on clinical protocols and process improvements Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program Active California Optometrist License (or equivalent) Enrollment with Medi-Cal (required) Demonstrated experience in primary eye care, preventive services, and telehealth Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Preferred (Not Required): Therapeutically certified Glaucoma certified Experience with complex eye conditions and preventive programs What We Offer Competitive contractor compensation based on experience Flexible schedule within a hybrid model Access to professional development and training resources Collaborative, innovative, patient-focused environment Room to Grow Health Bridge is a growing company, and we are intentional about promoting from within.
