Job Title Oracle CX Technical Architect Expected Work Experience 12 to 15 Years Job Location India Job Summary Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle CX Cloud implementations, acting as the primary technical authority and client advisor for CX transformation programs. Candidate must have relevant experience of 12 to 15 Years. Design scalable, integrated CX solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ, Subscription, Marketing, and Field Service, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, SCM, and third-party systems. Provide architecture governance, drive best practices, and guide distributed technical teams to deliver high-performing, secure, and future-ready CX platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle CX Cloud implementations. • Design scalable, integrated CX solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ, Subscription, Marketing, and Field Service. • Act as technical authority, solution architect, and client advisor for CX transformation programs. • Define end-to-end architecture blueprint covering application, integration, data, and security layers. • Architect Lead-to-Cash and Service (Request-to-Resolution) solution flows. • Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal CX solution approaches aligned with business goals. • Prepare and review Solution Design Documents (SDD) and detailed technical specifications. • Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, and event-driven or microservices-based architectures. • Enable seamless integration across CX, ERP, SCM, and third-party systems. • Define reusable integration frameworks, patterns, and standards to drive consistency and reusability. • Lead design and delivery of extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX. • Utilize Groovy scripting and Application Composer for CX customizations. • Define clear customization versus configuration strategies to minimize technical debt. • Ensure scalable, upgrade-safe solution designs that align with product roadmaps and best practices. • Provide architecture governance and conduct design reviews across the delivery lifecycle. • Lead technical teams through design, build, testing, and deployment phases. • Review code, integrations, and overall implementation quality to ensure adherence to standards. • Ensure adoption of best practices, reusable assets, and standardized patterns across projects. • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) with business and IT stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures and solution designs. • Engage with stakeholders to align CX solutions with business objectives and transformation roadmaps. • Design solutions for high availability, scalability, and performance across CX applications and integrations. • Address security requirements including IAM, data protection, and regulatory compliance. • Define monitoring and observability approaches for proactive issue detection and resolution. • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints, and define mitigation strategies. • Support presales activities including solutioning, proposals, and technical presentations. • Deliver POCs, demos, and architecture walkthroughs for clients and internal stakeholders. • Act as a trusted advisor for CX transformation initiatives and strategic roadmaps. • Contribute to the creation of reusable architecture frameworks and reference solutions. • Drive reduction of technical debt through standardization, simplification, and modernization initiatives. Other Capabilities • Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. • Ability to lead and mentor distributed or global technical teams in a matrix environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. • Experience working across complex enterprise ecosystems with multiple CX, ERP, and SCM touchpoints. • Exposure to AI and GenAI use cases in CX, such as intelligent recommendations, conversational interfaces, and predictive insights. • Experience with Redwood UX adoption and transformation for modern CX user experiences. • Understanding of industry-specific CX solutions for Manufacturing, Public Sector, BFSI, and Healthcare (as a value add). Qualifications and Skills • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Oracle CX implementations and architecture roles. • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect for Oracle CX Cloud programs. • Hands-on expertise in Oracle CX Cloud modules including Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing, and Subscription. • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for application and data integrations. • Proficiency in designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, and working with middleware integration platforms. • Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX for building CX extensions and custom applications. • Knowledge of Groovy scripting, Application Composer, and related CX extension frameworks. • Experience in data migration, data modeling, and data quality considerations for CX implementations. • Strong understanding of CX–ERP and CX–SCM integration patterns and best practices. • Solid grounding in enterprise architecture patterns and integration design principles. • Strong knowledge of CX business processes including Lead-to-Cash and Service lifecycle. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. • Ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, and technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Oracle certifications are preferred. • Strong functional and technical exposure across the end-to-end CX lifecycle.
