Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant to support a major Oracle E-Business Suite programme. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience across Oracle EBS R12, with a proven track record delivering rollouts, full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, integrations, and technical enhancements.

You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical development and support across Oracle EBS R12, including R12.2 environments.
• Deliver technical solutions as part of Oracle EBS rollouts, full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain RICEW components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.
• Develop and support solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and OAF.
• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS integrations with internal and external systems.
• Support data conversion and migration activities, including technical development, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Perform technical analysis, development, unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Work closely with functional leads to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Oracle EBS and provide timely resolutions.
• Produce and maintain detailed technical specifications, development documentation, test scripts, and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate technical activities with functional, testing, infrastructure, and wider project teams.
• Support project milestones, releases, deployments, and go-live activities.
• Provide technical support across both remote and onsite project environments where required.
• Collaborate with global teams and users across different time zones.

Experience across the following Oracle EBS modules is highly desirable:

• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Manufacturing (MFG)
• Finance

Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.12 would be particularly advantageous.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant / Technical Developer.
• Strong experience delivering Oracle EBS R12 rollouts, implementations, upgrades, and technical enhancements.
• Demonstrable experience working throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with functional and technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and global project teams
