Oracle EPCM Cloud Functional SME Role

Hiring: Oracle EPCM Cloud Functional SME 🏠 Work Model: Remote No OPT/CPT We are looking for an experienced Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) Cloud Functional SME to lead functional activities for an enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead business requirements gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis for Oracle EPCM and Planning Cloud • Design and configure EPCM solutions for profitability analysis, cost allocations, financial modeling, and management reporting • Develop allocation methodologies, business rules, dimensional structures, model logic, and validation processes • Partner with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and Budgeting stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPCM solutions • Lead functional activities across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support • Support integrations across Oracle EPM modules, including Planning Cloud, Consolidation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management • Define and manage internal/external data and metadata interface requirements • Facilitate workshops and fit-gap assessments with Finance and business stakeholders • Support UAT, reconciliation, defect resolution, production readiness, and deployment • Conduct user training and prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and training materials • Provide functional leadership and issue resolution throughout implementation and stabilization 🔹 Required Qualifications ✅ Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) Cloud ✅ At least 2 large, full lifecycle Oracle EPCM implementations ✅ Strong experience with profitability analysis, cost allocation, accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and cost management ✅ Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud ✅ Experience with Oracle Consolidation Cloud / FCCS ✅ Experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting ✅ Experience with Oracle Data Management and data/metadata interfaces ✅ Strong requirements gathering, solution design, fit-gap, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production experience ✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and consulting skills 🔹 Preferred Qualifications • Enterprise profitability or product-costing experience • Shared-services allocation experience • Financial transformation experience • Oracle EPM integration architecture knowledge • Oracle EPM Cloud or Oracle EPCM certification Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour WELCOME TO IPOLARITY LLC IPolarity LLC. is a Professional Services firm composed of highly trained professionals with a wide range of experience in various industries.
