Responsibilities Provide technical/functional/production support for ERP and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Applications Partner with Finance, PM, IT, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations, and support integrations Drive continuous improvement across core business process such as; project costing billing financial controls reporting Qualifications Experience: 5-10 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP/PPM 5+ years of experience with Oracle BI Publisher for report generating- generally using SQL 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle IDR (Intelligent Document Recognition) how does it work how to configure communicate with end-users to help with automating data help manage the tool Must have great communication
