Gather, analyse, design and document new requirements and change requests. Produce functional and technical designs, system specifications and realistic effort estimates. Run full lifecycle testing on every change before it reaches user acceptance. Build out the knowledge base and coach users on Oracle EBS good practice. What you bring Ten years or more as a functional expert on Oracle EBS Financials 12.2.x. Real depth across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Fixed Assets, with Purchasing alongside. Budget, encumbrance and accrual accounting, and public-sector accounting experience. Strong analytical problem-solving and a genuine service instinct — you are the escalation point, so how you explain the fix matters as much as the fix. Fluent professional English in a multinational team.
