We are looking for a new enthusiastic senior colleague to join the team Finance Solutions and Data Services inside Orange Services Romania. The role of the Oracle Fusion BI Senior Functional Analyst is to contribute to the support and assistance of business users, maintenance, updating and bug management, correction or configuration of reports (BI Publisher) and new functionalities in the Oracle Fusion application from Orange entities. Participate in the implementation of change requests or in the integration process between Oracle Fusion and other applications and can propose solutions to improve existing processes What You’ll Be Doing: Organize and conduct meetings with the business/functional teams to understand the needs Analyze and interpret the requirements, evaluates the impact and associated risks and proposes solutions Configure/modify BI Publisher reports to meet the requirements of business users Prepare presentations to support and validate solutions Build test scenarios, conduct tests and business assistance for the acceptance of the proposed solutions Logs Service Requests to the application provider and is responsible for their management Carry out RUN activities: non-regression testing, fixing bugs, testing and proposing solutions for functional problems related to the application Participate in the implementation of change requests, the integration of Oracle Fusion with other applications or in upgrade projects of existing solutions with transversal contributors from different countries Act as level 2 and 3 support for problems raised by Oracle Fusion users in his area of competence, analyzes and takes appropriate measures to remedy them Make recommendations based on best practices related to Oracle applications Participate in projects, align and validate the proposed solutions with the applicants and the project sponsor Perform different functional configurations in the application and in the BI publisher reports Create/maintain functional or technical specifications What You Need To Know/have: Functional consultant/Oracle support experience on Oracle applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Advanced knowledge of SQL usage Good knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL or BI Publisher Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing French skills would be nice to have Be rigorous, autonomous, responsive Have the sense of organization, prioritization, planning and multitasking Attention to details What’s in it for you: Performance Bonuses – based on your results & the company’s; Loyalty Bonuses, if you extend your stay; Electronic Meal Tickets - as you imagine; Medical & Life insurance for you - facilities for your family, too; #WFH & Flexible hours; Professional GSM subscription; Personal GSM subscription, also [because we believe in communication!]; Special grants on Smartphones & devices; discounts for Orange products & services; Development Platforms - Orange Learning, Trainings, Career Counselling, Coaching & Career plan mentoring; Wellbeing Programs – we support your Zen; Orange Services is about bringing together people and technology.
