Salary Range: $180,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually Position Summary The Oracle HCM Cloud Lead serves as a senior functional consultant and subject matter expert responsible for leading Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM workstreams across implementation, migration, optimization, and transformation projects. This role works directly with clients to understand business requirements, design and configure effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The Oracle HCM Cloud Lead collaborates with project managers, functional and technical consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and provides guidance and mentoring to other consultants. Key Responsibilities Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and workstreams. Lead functional activities throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and solutions. Facilitate client workshops, fit/gap analyses, design sessions, and business process reviews. Advise clients on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, configuration options, leading practices, risks, and impacts to related business processes and systems. Develop and maintain functional documentation, including configuration workbooks, process flows, functional designs, test scenarios, and other project deliverables. Lead or support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities. Define functional requirements and collaborate with technical resources on data conversions, integrations, and reporting using Oracle HCM tools and capabilities such as HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formula. Work with the Project Manager to monitor workstream activities, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure functional activities remain aligned with project scope, timelines, and quality expectations. Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery. Provide functional direction, mentoring, and guidance to consultants assigned to the workstream. Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases, enhancements, and leading practices and assess their impact on client solutions. Support proposals, Statements of Work, demonstrations, sales presentations, and other practice development activities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. 10+ years of HCM, ERP, enterprise application, or related consulting experience preferred. 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation and consulting experience preferred. Demonstrated experience serving as a functional or workstream lead on full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Strong functional expertise in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud areas, such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Absence Management, or Time and Labor. Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion, integration, and reporting capabilities. Strong client-facing consulting, facilitation, and presentation experience. Public sector experience preferred. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred. Ability to travel based on client and project requirements. Core Skills Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM functional expertise. Work Environment & Expectations Work may be performed in an office, hybrid, or fully remote environment depending on client requirements and business needs. Travel may be required based on project assignments and client engagements. Extended hours may occasionally be required during critical project milestones, testing, deployment, or go-live activities.
