We would like to meet a Oracle NetSuite Solution Consultant for a project with a remote working model:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and user requirements and design new functionalities within Oracle NetSuite.
• Define functional solutions aligned with Core Model standards and best practices.
• Assess risks and impacts of new functionalities across the ERP ecosystem.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and data quality.
• Plan, organize, and participate in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to the support team.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Support Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) application support in collaboration with the development team.
• Actively participate in Scrum and SAFe Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Oracle NetSuite Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP functionality and business processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, solution design, and requirements gathering.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle, including testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Experience providing L3 application support.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• NetSuite certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of integrations and ERP ecosystems is advantageous.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent English and Portugueses (mandatory) – both written and spoken.
