We are hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Developer with strong expertise in the Academic Advisement module of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on development experience in academic requirements processing, degree audit customization, advisement reporting, and curriculum management.



The candidate will work closely with functional analysts and academic departments to develop scalable solutions that support students' academic progress and compliance.

Work Mode - Remote (However, on rare occasions, the client may request the candidate's presence at their onsite location in South Africa for meetings)

Project Type: Fresh Implementation (not an ongoing support or enhancement project)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and customize PeopleSoft Academic Advisement applications.

* Configure and enhance degree audit processes.

* Develop PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Application Packages.

* Customize academic requirement processing and advisement reports.

* Develop integrations using Integration Broker.

* Design reports using BI Publisher and PS Query.

* Support production incidents and enhancement requests.

* Optimize batch processes and SQL performance.

* Participate in testing, deployment, and system upgrades.

* Prepare technical documentation and technical specifications.



Mandatory Skills

* 5+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft Development.

* Strong experience in the Academic Advisement module.
