Oracle POS Deployment Specialist – Xstore/Xoffice v25 (Remote Contract)

NEX HUB is hiring experienced Oracle POS professionals to support an upcoming POS release deployment project on Oracle Xstore/Xoffice POS v25 — the latest version of Oracle MICROS, formerly known as MICROS e7 POS.

This is a 100% remote, US business hours contract role for someone who has hands-on experience deploying POS releases in live production retail or hospitality environments and is comfortable troubleshooting under a fast-paced deployment schedule.

• ⏱️ 40 hours per week
• 📅 Estimated duration: 4–6 months
• 💵 Pay rate: USD $14–$18/hour (based on experience)

What you'll do

• Support the deployment of Oracle Xstore/Xoffice POS v25 releases across production environments
• Execute release rollouts following established deployment procedures
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support during and after deployment
• Coordinate with the project team to track deployment progress and resolve issues in real time
• Document deployment steps, incidents, and resolutions

What we're looking for

• Hands-on Oracle POS technical and/or deployment experience
• Experience deploying POS releases in production environments
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deployment environment
• Professional English communication skills
• Retail or hospitality POS experience is a plus
