Order Fulfilment Specialist *(F/M/NB)

Location: About the role: As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders for retail partners across the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region. You will work with exciting products including Full Automatic Coffee Machines, Airfryers and many more that help make people’s homes better. You will ensure that all processes meet the highest service-level standards and drive continuous improvements, particularly in the areas of fulfilment and returns management (reverse logistics). You are part of the Customer Service Team, reporting to the Customer Service Lead. The impact you’ll make: • End-to-end management of orders including after sales and close collaboration with internal teams (Order Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Sales, Demand Planning & Inventory Management) • Collaboration with logistics service providers and shipping partners to quickly resolve challenges and successfully implement optimization projects • Proactive problem-solving in case of deviations, delays, and process errors through data-driven actions • Monitoring of KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) and customer-specific performance metrics to improve delivery accuracy and speed • Identification of cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with the Warehouse & Sales teams to maximize supply chain efficiency • Implementation of digital and automated improvements to make processes future-proof The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: • Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management • At least 2 years of experience in an operational role within Retail or E-Commerce • Solid knowledge of order fulfillment and return processes • Good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, from production and planning through to logistics • Hands-on mentality and an independent way of working - you proactively take ownership and get things done • Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic working environments • Customer-oriented mindset - optimizing service quality is a top priority for you • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive meaningful actions • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and advanced Excel skills • Fluent in Polish, English; German is an advantage We're looking for talents based in Warsaw area, happy to come to the office ( Grzybowska street ) 2-3 days a week.
