Skills :

• Strong Order Management/Material Planning/ Logistics experience in a real enterprise environment (hands‑on exposure to SAP) converting PR to PO and manage E2E till deliver (Cradle to Grave)
• Proven ability to own and execute work end‑to‑end (E2E) with minimal oversight
• SAP experience required (O2C / SD / MM preferred) or comparable ERP systems used in live production environments
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, especially in ambiguous or fast‑changing situations
• Ability to proactively identify issues, challenge gaps, and escalate appropriately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear, concise stakeholder updates
• Client facing and direct interactions with cross functional teams.
