We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our global Order Management & Support team. In this role, you will act as a key focal point for our sales administration, managing the order lifecycle with a focus on accuracy, quality, and excellent service to our distributors and internal partners. Order Processing: Review and process orders in SAP-ERP with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with business guidelines and pricing policies. Problem Solving: Proactively handle order discrepancies, billing issues, and licensing inquiries, ensuring smooth resolution for customers. Partner Support: Provide high-level back-office support to global distributors and partners regarding ordering processes and licensing logic. Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal departments (Finance, Sales, Legal) to facilitate deal booking. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy in the system to support financial reporting and revenue recognition. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Support, or similar Operational roles – Required . Language Skills: Excellent English (Written & Verbal) is a must. Ability to communicate clearly with global teams. Technical Skills: Experience with SAP (ERP) – Strong Advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook). Soft Skills: Service-oriented with a "customer-first" approach. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce/Humanities). Availability: Flexible to work in shifts and support quarter-end peaks (extended hours during the last 2 weeks of the quarter).
