Description The primary role of the Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide knowledgeable and professional support to customers by answering questions related to products, pricing, availability, orders, and services. This position is responsible for day-to-day order entry, order management, and customer service activities while working from a remote environment. The CSR serves as a key point of contact for customers through phone, email and other digital communication channels. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key performance metrics include call volume, order processing measurements and accuracy, response times and attendance expectations. Order Management and Process Improvement • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while following established policies and procedures. • Monitor order status and proactively address issues that may impact fulfillment or customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share recommendations with leadership. • Utilize order management, CRM, and customer service systems effectively to support customers and business objectives. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
