MHC has an immediate full-time opening (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility as needed) for an Organizational Performance Specialist . This position will be mainly remote, but will go into an office location at least one time monthly. The Organizational Performance Specialist supports the Organizational Performance Manager in carrying out all administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature with regards to maintaining the agency’s training, accreditation, electronic health record implementation/maintenance, and agency intranet processes. Acts as the liaison between staff and various office systems that contribute, drive, and evaluate the organization’s overall performance. The Organizational Performance Specialist should have exceptional skills with technology and systems, organization and coordination, written and verbal communication, and superb attention to detail. Pay Rate: $20.60– $23.00 hourly. Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through customer helpdesk. Independently conducts quality control checks and reviews clinical data for accuracy. Assists with running and distributing agency reports. Collaborates daily with providers regarding systems performance and communicate any necessary system issues/bugs. Communicate regularly with supervisor to ensure database integrity and security. Creates step-by-step training material and video support for customers; providing assistance where needed to ensure all customers have the technical resources to successfully perform their job duties. Deliver in-person and virtual trainings both one-on-one and in group settings to support staff in effective system use and adherence to established workflows. Monitors staff scheduling, service utilization, and program productivity to maximize service delivery, reimbursement opportunities, and operational efficiency across all agency programs. Record, track, document and test updates and upgrades delivered by systems provider. Provides assistance in evaluation, planning and implementation of associated systems. Perform a wide variety of duties including but not limited to drafting documents and correspondence through PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher, and other various tools. Assists with projects, attends and participants in meetings, workshops, and various programs, as needed; May assist with CARF and other accreditation processes. Assists supervisor in maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act and HIPAA. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience in clinical position that used a database or scheduling software preferred; Professional experience within an EHR/EMR system preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher). Familiar with or able to quickly pick up skills with relevant digital tools/systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Helpdesk and Reporting platforms). High level of attention to detail; Effective verbal and written communication skills. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Valid driver's license, auto registration, and insurance.
