Day-to-day responsibilities of this position: Supervises subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions. Evaluates cases and determines need for on-going agency involvement. Provides assistance and/or on-the-job training. Delivers presentations, stand up training, or instruction to staff, management, clients, or the general public. Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices.
