Role Description The OTA role at Ocean Group is a full-time, hybrid position based in Udaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The OTA will support travel and hospitality operations, including managing online travel agency (OTA) listings, updating rates and inventory, and ensuring accurate content across booking platforms. Daily responsibilities include coordinating reservations, monitoring bookings and cancellations, responding to guest inquiries received through partner platforms, and collaborating with the on-site team to optimize occupancy and revenue. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, assisting with promotions and packages, preparing basic reports, and helping maintain consistent brand standards and service quality. The OTA will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication between online channels, on-property operations, and management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing online travel agency platforms, property listings, rates, and inventory for hotels or resorts.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills, including handling reservations, guest communication, and daily operational follow-up.
• Basic data and reporting skills, with the ability to track bookings, cancellations, revenue trends, and channel performance.
• Comfort with digital tools and hotel software (PMS, channel managers, OTAs), and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with on-site and remote teams.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism operations is preferred; knowledge of Udaipur and regional tourism markets is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is beneficial.
