OTTO Marketplace & E-Commerce Specialist Location: Remote, India Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote About the Role We are looking for an OTTO Marketplace & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and manage and support our presence on online marketplaces, particularly OTTO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with online marketplaces and marketplace integration software. Experience with Tradebyte is highly preferred, as we use Tradebyte to transfer product data and content to OTTO. This role is ideal for someone who understands how marketplace operations work and is comfortable working with product data, content, listings, integrations, and marketplace requirements. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain product listings on the OTTO marketplace. - Work with marketplace integrators, particularly Tradebyte, to manage and transfer product data and content. - Upload, maintain, and update product information, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing, and other relevant content. - Monitor product data and marketplace feeds to identify and resolve errors. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete product information. - Monitor marketplace performance and identify operational issues. - Troubleshoot product listing, content, and integration-related issues. - Ensure products and content comply with marketplace requirements. - Support the day-to-day operations of OTTO and other online marketplaces as required. - Maintain accurate product and marketplace data. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding marketplace-related matters. Requirements - Prior professional experience working with online marketplaces is mandatory. - Hands-on experience with marketplace integrators is required. - Experience with Tradebyte is highly preferred. - Understanding of OTTO marketplace operations is highly preferred. - Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace processes. - Experience working with product data, product content, listings, feeds, or marketplace integrations. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data/content errors. - Strong professional English communication skills are essential. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
