Job Description This is a remote position. Role Overview Make high-volume outbound cold calls to homeowners. Generate qualified appointments for the field sales team. Help build the sales pipeline by scheduling high-quality, pre-qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Contact homeowners through outbound cold calling. Identify homeowner needs or interest in home improvement services. Handle objections and answer basic homeowner questions professionally. Schedule qualified appointments with a high likelihood of showing. Maintain consistent daily calling activity and productivity. Requirements Preferred Insurance Experience Candidates with experience handling or supporting the following insurance companies, agencies, or brokerages are highly preferred.
