Job Summary The Outbound Files Coordinator is responsible for mapping of files; working with vendors and IT during creation, coordinating testing & production move; monitoring files and coordination of efforts to resolve any issues; and working load error reports for all Outbound Files - Eligibility, Claims, Providers & other Outbound Files as needed. Required Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 to 2 years’ previous experience working in the insurance or TPA industry Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills are essential. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload in a frequently interrupted environment.
