We're looking for a Psychiatrist to join one of our behavioral healthcare partners in a 100% remote outpatient setting based in Virginia, treating children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5–21. This full-time role offers the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. You'll work alongside behavioral health professionals and a robust administrative support team, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing excellent patient care. About the Role: Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Clinic based in Virginia Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Clinic hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET Tuesday & Thursday: Clinic hours are 8:30 AM–7:00 PM ET Provider will work one late evening per week until 7:00 PM ET Patient Population: Ages 5–21 Diagnoses: General mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, and other behavioral health conditions Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-up appointments Administrative Time: 60 minutes per day EMR: Credible Remote & Supported: Fully remote opportunity with comprehensive administrative, operational, and telehealth support Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a dedicated care team to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare No On-Call Duties No NP Supervision Required Virginia Licensure Support: An active Virginia medical license is preferred but not required. Qualifications: Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency Active Virginia medical license preferred, but not required; Iris will support eligible candidates with obtaining Virginia licensure Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, including one evening per week until 7:00 PM ET Experience and comfort treating children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5–21 Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels Telehealth experience preferred (experience using Credible is a plus) Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory Our Benefits: At Iris Telehealth, we believe great care starts with caring for our clinicians.
