GTM Lead / Outreach Manager

At Bsquaree Marketing, we build high-performing B2B growth engines, transforming outbound and LinkedIn outreach into predictable revenue streams. Having scaled to $1M ARR, we are entering our next expansion phase with a clear target: $10M ARR.
We aren't looking for a passive manager who simply oversees outreach volume. We are hiring a commercial architect, someone who will sit directly alongside our founder to engineer, execute, and scale our GTM strategy, technology stack, and campaign frameworks, while keeping client engines running smoothly.

Your Impact & Core Responsibilities
You will own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of our outbound ecosystem while acting as a core hub for client success and internal coordination:
- Strategy & Targeting: Define ICPs, buyer personas, target markets, and sophisticated prospecting criteria tailored to high-growth B2B clients.
- Campaign Engineering: Build, launch, and refine multi-channel LinkedIn and cold email campaigns, from high-converting messaging copy to hyper-personalized follow-up flows.
- Team & Peer Coordination: Lead and mentor dedicated SDRs and researchers while collaborating closely with our co-Outreach Manager to sync operations, balance bandwidth, and refine team-wide playbooks.
- Client Communication & Account Management: Serve as a trusted partner to B2B clients. Own routine client communications via email and host strategic check-in meetings to report performance, run pipeline diagnostics, and deliver growth recommendations.
- Tech & Automation: Leverage modern enrichment tools and automated workflows to maximize qualified meetings, keep deliverability pristine, and drive pipeline growth.

Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in GTM, outbound lead generation, demand gen, or growth roles.
- Strong Client & Team Communicator: Comfortable leading check-in calls, writing clear client updates, and coordinating daily tasks across SDRs and management peers.
- Mastery Over Cold Outreach: Deep expertise in cold email and LinkedIn strategy, copy, deliverability, and campaign architecture.
- Data-Fluent & Commercially Minded: Focused on qualified pipeline and closed revenue rather than vanity metrics.
- Autonomous Operator: You thrive under high trust, identify operational bottlenecks independently, and build solutions without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

- Deep domain experience in B2B SaaS, growth agencies, or professional services.
