This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping homeowners and businesses, thrives in face-to-face interactions, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company that values leadership, professionalism, and results. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will perform residential and commercial inspections, identify customer concerns, provide customized service solutions, and help customers protect what matters most. You’ll also serve as a professional brand ambassador for LaJaunie’s by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships throughout your territory. What You’ll Do: Perform residential and commercial pest, termite, and wildlife inspections. Build customized treatment plans and provide accurate quotes based on customer needs. Educate customers on services, solutions, and preventative recommendations. Represent LaJaunie’s Pest Control professionally in the field. Build rapport and trust with homeowners, business owners, and property managers. Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process. Generate self-produced leads through networking, referrals, relationship building, and community presence. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company software systems. Collaborate with office staff, technicians, and leadership to ensure excellent customer experiences. Maintain professionalism, organization, and strong time management skills throughout the workdayFollow assigned scheduling expectations and appointment timeframes while managing daily responsibilities efficiently. What We’re Looking For: Previous sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with a positive, competitive mindset. Professional appearance and customer-first attitude. Strong problem-solving ability and confidence during in-home consultations. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple appointments throughout the day. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
