Outside Sales Representative — New Territory (Richmond, VA or Winchester, VA) Location: Remote — based in Richmond, VA or Winchester, VA Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 base salary for first two years (DOE) + commission, transitioning to uncapped commission-only thereafter. Most reps earn $200K OTE, with top performers earning up to $1M+. This is a true greenfield opportunity — you won't be inheriting an existing book of business. Instead, you'll have the chance to build your own client base and reap the long-term financial rewards of an uncapped commission structure once established.
