Overseas Channel Development Manager

We are hiring: Overseas Channel Development Manager - Rebar Coupler Business

ANTEKY is looking for an experienced international business development professional to develop overseas distributors, rebar fabricators, steel reinforcement suppliers, and construction material partners for our rebar coupler and threading equipment business.

Key markets include Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop overseas distributors and rebar fabrication partners

- Build and maintain a qualified customer pipeline

- Use LinkedIn, Google, customs data, industry directories, and exhibitions to identify potential partners

- Promote CARES-certified rebar couplers and threading solutions

- Coordinate technical documents, samples, quotations, and cooperation discussions

- Collect market and competitor intelligence

- Support the development of a scalable overseas channel network

Requirements:

- 3+ years of international B2B sales or channel development experience

- Experience in construction materials, steel, rebar, industrial products, machinery, or building accessories preferred

- Strong English communication skills

- Experience in Middle East or Southeast Asia markets is a plus

- Ability to actively develop customers and drive results independently

Preferred background:

Rebar couplers, steel reinforcement, construction materials, concrete accessories, formwork accessories, rebar processing equipment, or engineering materials.
