OYSTER WORLD RALLY - Sailing Chef/Fitness Coach - Oyster 595

Job Description This is a remote position. An incredible opportunity for an experienced, pro-active and fun sailing Chef to help the owning couple and their team run this beautiful new Oyster 595. They are almost midway through an incredible circumnavigation with the Oyster World Rally 2026 and are looking for someone to join them from Australia onwards - mid September 2026. The boat launched in August 2025 and these owners have so far sailed across the Atlantic, through Panama Canal into the Pacific and Polynesia. They have had a variety of awesome crew teams on board so far and they are now looking for one sailing Chef to join this merry crew for the Indian Ocean leg and hopefully beyond. Meals on board are all vegetarian so the Chef should be excited to create inspiring and healthy vegetarian dishes for everyone. It will be a great advantage if the Chef also happens to be a PT/ Fitness Coach as the owners and crew team would love to add some exercise to their daily routine to compliment the effects of the amazing food! :) Requirements Previous yacht charter/ski chalet experience Proven food portfolio - preferably a vegetarian menu Level 2 Food Hygiene STCW, ENG1 Sailing qualifications are a distinct advantage To apply - click 'I'm interested' below.
