As a P2P Coordinator in our Justice and Immigration team, you'll play an important role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting the smooth operation of our Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes. Your work will help maintain strong financial controls, support operational delivery, and provide a trusted service to colleagues and suppliers. Our work touches lives every day. What you'll do as a P2P Coordinator Process purchase orders, invoices and payment transactions accurately and in line with agreed procedures and service levels. Monitor invoice and purchase order activity, taking proactive action to prevent overdue invoices and payment delays. Investigate and resolve invoice, payment and supplier queries, escalating issues when required. Maintain accurate records and transactional data within SAP and associated systems. Support compliance with financial controls, audit requirements and organisational policies. Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and wider finance teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Does this sound like you? Experience working within a Purchase to Pay, Accounts Payable or finance administration environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately. Good working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems. Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Able to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
