We're looking for a P2P Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes – from invoice processing and vendor payments to reconciliations and supporting month-end closing. You'll be part of a dynamic and international environment, helping us improve the way we work and building best practices for the future.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, primarily focusing on non-PO invoice processing, in line with company policies and local regulations
- Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, matching invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts where applicable
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements
- Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding issues
- Reconcile cash accounts and investigate open items
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within P2P
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
You'll Fit Great With These Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (P2P) in an SSC, BPO, or multinational environment
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and P2P processes
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Accounts reconciliation experience – nice to have
