To strengthen our successful team, we are currently looking for a (full-time) who lives in the Munich area YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Artwork Coordination & Execution Coordinate end-to-end artwork development for packaging projects. Coordinate artwork adaptations to meet regulatory, sustainability, and marketing requirements. Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality standards delivery of all artwork projects. Act as key contact between internal stakeholders and external partners. Review artwork proofs & preproduction samples, and support final implementation with manufacturing partners. Process Management & Documentation Maintain and continuously improve artwork coordination processes. Ensure accurate documentation, approval tracking, version control, and accessibility of approved files. Manage tracking tools and ensure transparency on project status and timely sharing of finalized artworks with all relevant stakeholders. Packaging Design Maintain packaging design standards and guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all packaging. Contribute to packaging creative design concept development and their translation into technically feasible and sustainable packaging solutions. YOUR PROFILE Degree or vocational qualification in Packaging, Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field, with a relevant professional experience in packaging artwork coordination, packaging design, print production, or a comparable role. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and quality. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Microsoft Office applications. Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken; French is a plus.
