We develop and manufacture personalised standard packaging as well as customised/bespoke packs, for prestige, masstige, and mass-market customers, with specialist divisions dedicated to skincare, make-up and fragrance sectors. The Mission Of This Role Partner with sales, customers and brands to lead the development process for innovative cosmetics packaging solutions; from ideation through to production. This position is a fixed term contract of 12-months for maternity cover. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders - including manufacturers, brands, sales teams, new product development teams and designers - to manage the packaging development process and support successful market launches. Lead and coordinate project timelines across all development stages, ensuring milestones, deliverables meet customer expectations. Create and manage project-related information and item data (SAP S4) in accordance with company procedures Drive customer validation and approval processes for new and revised packaging solutions by preparing and maintaining technical documentation and defining product specifications. Partner with the Sales Team to coordinate customer meetings and technical discussions Build and maintain a strong understanding of each customer’s product portfolio through close collaboration with Sales and ongoing customer engagement.
