Paid Ad Funnel & Tracking Specialist

About Social Club Studios

Social Club Studios is a direct-response marketing agency. We build and run paid-ad funnels for our clients, and we operate a portfolio of our own brands. Our work runs across landing pages, CRM, automation, and ad tracking. This role sits at the technical center of all of it.

The role

You'll own the entire tech stack behind our paid-ad funnels, for both our clients and our own brands. When a funnel needs to go live, you're the person who builds the pages, sets up the CRM, connects the automations, and confirms the tracking is accurate from click to reported conversion. You take the designs and copy our team hands you and turn them into working funnels that capture leads and report clean data.

This is a build role. Strategy comes from the team; execution is yours. You own delivery, troubleshoot on your own, and keep our funnels running without anyone checking over your shoulder.

What you'll own

• Building landing pages in GoHighLevel from the designs and copy we provide, matched to spec
• Setting up and maintaining CRM pipelines, forms, and workflows in GoHighLevel
• Building and maintaining automations in Zapier and n8n that connect our funnels, CRM, and tools
• Configuring Meta Business Manager: pixels, Conversions API, and events that report accurately
• Setting up and troubleshooting Hyros so attribution is correct across every funnel
• QA on every build: testing forms, triggers, and tracking before anything goes live
• Diagnosing and fixing tracking or automation breaks quickly when they happen

Who you are

• 3+ years building paid-acquisition funnels, at an agency, in-house, or freelance
• Hands-on experience with all five: GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, Meta Business Manager, and Hyros. This is non-negotiable. We're not training you on the stack; you already know it.
• You genuinely understand how Meta tracking and Hyros work. You can read a pixel, follow an event through to a report, and explain why attribution looks off.
• A builder who owns delivery end to end and troubleshoots without hand-holding.
• Professional working English, written and spoken. Most of your day is internal, but you can hop on a client call or run a Slack thread when it's needed.
• Based in Latin America, able to work US-afternoon hours for overlap with the team.
• Precise and detail-driven. You catch the broken trigger and the pixel that didn't fire before they cost anyone money.

Nice to have

• Juggling multiple client accounts or brands at once
• Familiarity with direct-response funnels (VSLs, opt-ins, book-a-call flows)
• Basic HTML/CSS for page tweaks
• Server-side tracking experience beyond the basics

What success looks like

• First 30 days: You're shipping funnels from our specs with minimal back-and-forth, and you know our stack and standards cold.
• First 90 days: You own funnel delivery across our brands and clients. Tracking is clean, automations are reliable, and the team trusts that anything you ship works.
