Paid Media Google Ads Manager - Fluent English

We are looking for a highly experienced English Speaking Paid Media Manager (Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics) to join our growing team.

As an Paid Media Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns for our clients. Key to this role is the ownership of the paid search strategy and the day-to-day management of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage paid search (SEM) and display advertising across AdWords, retargeting and other pay-per-click (PPC) platforms.
• Manage Facebook/Social Ads
• Conduct regular A/B testing to ensure continuous optimization and higher conversion rates.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure positive trends and catch downturns in performance.
• Leverage data trends to analyze performance in a daily/weekly/monthly cadence including providing recommendations for long-term and short-term campaigns across all paid digital channels.
• Plan, budget, and manage campaign spending.
• Follow campaign workflows and projects. Lead changes and improvement projects
• Communicate with client points of contact.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English Skills verbal and written
• 5 years of experience in AdWords
• Certifications in (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, YouTube, GDN) (Bing/Yahoo is a plus)
• Analytical Tools (Google Analytics, - Google Tag Manager is a plus)
• Hands on experience with planning, running and growing PPC accounts via AdWords and Bing Ads, with good understanding of analytics and bid management strategies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and ambitious.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work between teams with high autonomy and little guidance.
• Experience with report generation
• Script experience a plus
• Project Management Experience a plus
