Paid Media & Growth Operations Manager US REMOTE

We're hiring a Paid Media & Growth Operations Manager for a confidential growth / paid-media agency — full-time, fully remote.

This role owns the execution, measurement, optimization, and client communication for paid-growth programs across multiple client accounts. You'll turn approved strategy and creative into well-run campaigns, reliable conversion tracking, clear reporting, and an actionable plan for improving results — not just running ads, but making sure the tracking, funnel, and reporting behind them are actually solid.

What you'll own:

📊 Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

🎯 Own campaign structure, budgets, targeting, creative setup, and conversion objectives

🔍 Audit accounts to find the biggest gaps in tracking, funnel flow, and optimization

🔗 Own conversion measurement from ad click through lead capture and CRM visibility

🛠️ Implement and troubleshoot GTM, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and CRM integrations

📞 Lead weekly paid-media client calls and deliver clear, accurate weekly reporting

📈 Maintain a simple live view of activity, results, blockers, and next steps

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

✅ Hands-on GTM, pixel, conversion-event, and CRM troubleshooting experience

✅ Practical understanding of conversion funnels, landing pages, and attribution

✅ Ability to interpret performance data without overstating what it proves

✅ Confident client-facing communication — able to lead a weekly performance call

✅ Strong organization and follow-through across multiple client accounts

Role boundaries: this role owns paid-media execution, measurement, reporting, and weekly client communication. It partners on — but doesn't independently own — agency sales, overall account strategy, creative production, or final commercial decisions.
