Are you passionate about building high-performing paid media campaigns that drive measurable business growth? We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the digital health and wellness space.
In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize performance, improve conversion rates, and support customer acquisition initiatives. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
- ✨ Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- ✨ Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- ✨ Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis
- ✨ Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to maximize return on investment
- ✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing objectives
- ✨ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- ✨ Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and paid media best practices
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven success running lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- Ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, wellness, telehealth, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
