About the role We are looking for a SEM Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and eCommerce performance marketing to manage and optimize high-performing search campaigns for lead generation and online sales clients. You’ll help maximize ROI through advanced bidding strategies, automation, technical optimizations, and data-driven decision making, working closely with creative, strategy, and analytics teams. What do we value? 4+ years of experience managing Search campaigns in agency and/or client-side environments. Strong technical expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads . Advanced knowledge of eCommerce performance campaigns and lead generation strategies. Strong experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and feed optimization . Experience optimizing bidding strategies ( CPA, tROAS, pROAS ). Analytical, organized, and results-driven mindset. Proactive team player with strong communication skills. What will you do Plan, manage, and optimize Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads. Monitor KPIs and improve campaign performance through bidding, targeting, and feed optimizations. Implement automation solutions, scripts, and Merchant Center/CSS integrations . Develop tracking solutions and lead scoring integrations with CRM platforms. Conduct technical audits, keyword expansion, and landing page A/B testing . Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and ROI. Nice to have Experience with Paid Social or Programmatic campaigns. Google Ads certifications .
