Profile Requirements: 2+ plus years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a similar role. Proficiency with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus. Core responsibilities: Provides support for a team of strategists with updates and optimization-related tasks. Assist in conducting search query reports, keyword list updates, creative swaps, special updates, and preview link generation. Perform account-wide changes for repeatable, manual tasks that impact the entire portfolio. Manage geofencing campaign work, including account launches, geo extensions, and fence + special updates. Perform concession and image updates across Paid Search, Pmax, Display, and Paid Social platforms as needed by the client. Handle paid media tracking and tagging setup, ensuring proper implementation and troubleshooting any tracking-related issues in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks on all new campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Native, and Audio to ensure 100% accuracy. Aid in the implementation of agency-wide audits and platform changes, such as conversion settings, bid strategy updates, and account structure modifications. Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industry. Actively contribute in department and team meetings. The Paid Media coordinator will come prepared and engaged with a solutions-oriented mindset to team brainstorms and collaboration sessions.
