Hours: 20 hours/week Duration: 4 weeks Pay rate: $55/hr Location: Remote, CST Hours THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to step into a fast-moving leave coverage need for a mid-sized agency providing creative and media services across a variety of clients. This is an individual contributor role — heads-down, in the platform, building and optimizing. The strategy team has the high-level thinking covered; they need someone who can execute cleanly and manage performance day to day. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and manage paid search campaigns primarily on Google, with a focus on performance and cost efficiency Work hands-on-keys: keyword builds, ad creation, bid management, ongoing optimization Support a client account currently spending in the $250K–$750K/month range on search Collaborate closely with the internal team — this agency values people who pick up the phone and flag opportunities, not just execute the checklist Navigate a slightly more process seamlessly 2+ years of hands-on Paid Search/PPC experience (Google and Bing) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong Excel skills Familiarity with specific platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SearchAds360, DoubleClick Manager, Kenshoo, Marin Solid, recent hands-on experience running paid search accounts, ideally in a performance/cost-focused environment Comfort working independently Strong communication skills; this team rewards proactive flagging over box-checking We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
