What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end search program execution, daily monitoring, and budget pacing.
• Implement advanced optimization strategies, keyword research, and ad copy recommendations aligned with high-level business goals.
• Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and clear performance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with US-based teams and stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience independently managing paid search campaigns (strategy to execution).
• Advanced Fluent English (C1/C2) — Excellent written and verbal communication for direct US team interaction.
• US Market Experience: Proven track record navigating US campaigns and highly regulated industries.
• Tool Mastery: Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail with the ability to turn complex metrics into performance insights.

(Note: This is a dedicated strategy and execution role, not an AdOps position. Candidates with experience limited solely to AdOps will not be considered.)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Tableau.
• Holistic understanding of SEO and search engine mechanics.
• Exposure to other biddable media (Programmatic, Paid Social).
