Run Google Ads for some of Australia's best known ecommerce brands, from home, with a senior strategist actually invested in your craft.

Ecom Nation is Australia's fastest growing ecommerce focused agency. We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist in the Philippines to own the daily execution of paid search across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts: Search, Shopping, Performance Max and ChatGPT Ads, plus the product feed behind them.

You would report directly to the Head of Google who sets Google standards across the whole agency and runs build reviews and training for every specialist in it. You will work directly with our Senior Ecommerce Strategists and be in the client Slack channel every day. Our clients get to know their specialist by name and come to them directly.

Paid search has changed more in the last two years than in the ten before it. Google now makes most of the in flight decisions, which means the work has moved to the inputs: the feed, the assets, the signals, the exclusions and the guardrails. If that sounds like a step down, this is not the role for you. If it sounds like the interesting part, it is.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3 or more years in paid search across multiple accounts

• Google Ads depth: Search, Shopping and Performance Max

• Merchant Center and feed work you have done yourself

• GA4 and conversion tracking literacy

• Strong written English and the confidence to talk to a client

• Availability across Australian Eastern business hours
