About the Role As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will drive Holafly's growth across social advertising platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Your mission is to scale paid social as a core growth channel, building on our leadership in search to expand our presence where the market is moving. You will manage international budgets across multiple markets, crafting and optimizing campaigns that turn engagement into high-quality conversions, while exploring emerging platforms to diversify our media mix. Key Responsibilities Own and scale paid social strategy across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, managing budgets across multiple international markets. Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns (awareness to conversion), translating engagement into high-quality, cost-efficient conversions. Run structured creative testing cycles, using performance data to identify winning creative angles and iterate quickly. Monitor and act on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, reach, frequency) to drive continuous performance improvement. Explore and pilot emerging paid social platforms (e.g. Reddit, Pinterest) to diversify Holafly's media mix. Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader paid media team to align paid social strategy with overall growth goals across Google Ads, Bing, and Apple Search Ads. Report on performance and scaling opportunities using attribution data and dashboards, adapting strategy market by market. Requirements & Qualifications At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, with deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (campaign structuring, creative testing, bidding strategies, audience/targeting). Working knowledge of other paid social platforms such as Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar is highly valued. Strong command of key performance metrics — reach, frequency, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency capping — with fluency in translating data into optimization decisions. Proven track record managing full-funnel paid social strategies across multiple international markets and languages. High-level proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. Structured approach to creative testing and iteration, with a clear understanding of how creative drives paid social performance. Analytical mindset, comfortable working with attribution data, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify scaling opportunities. Strong ownership mindset, capable of managing paid social campaigns independently while staying aligned with Holafly's global growth objectives.
